Overall Value Assessment

Excellent value for what you get. At 6,500-7,500 THB/month for unlimited classes across multiple disciplines, Bangkok Fight Lab offers tremendous value for serious martial artists. The quality of instruction (especially BJJ), professional facilities (cage, ring, mats), and multi-discipline access would cost significantly more elsewhere. For MMA training, this is THE best value in Bangkok. Even if you only do Muay Thai, the quality and facilities are competitive with specialist gyms. The on-site cafe adds convenience value. Highly recommended for anyone training multiple martial arts.
